سجّل المؤشر العام لأسعار المستهلكين في سلطنة عُمان ارتفاعًا بنسبة 1.4 بالمائة في شهر يناير 2026م مقارنةً بالشهر المماثل من عام 2025م (سنة الأساس 2018)، وذلك وفق البيانات الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للإحصاء والمعلومات.وأظهرت البيانات تصدّر مجموعة السلع الشخصية المتنوعة والخدمات قائمة الارتفاعات، مسجّلة ارتفاعًا كبيرًا بلغت نسبته 13.2 بالمائة، تليها مجموعة المطاعم والفنادق التي سجّلت ارتفاعًا بنسبة 5.9 بالمائة، ثم مجموعة الأثاث والتجهيزات والمعدات المنزلية وأعمال الصيانة بنسبة 2.6 بالمائة، تليها مجموعة التعليم بنسبة 2.2 بالمائة، ومجموعة الصحة بنسبة 1.7 بالمائة، ثم مجموعة المواد الغذائية والمشروبات غير الكحولية بنسبة 0.9 بالمائة، إضافة إلى مجموعة الملابس والأحذية بنسبة 0.1 بالمائة، في حين سجّلت مجموعة النقل انخفاضًا بنسبة 0.3 بالمائة.كما استقرت أسعار كلٍّ من مجموعة السكن والمياه والكهرباء والغاز وأنواع الوقود الأخرى، ومجموعة الثقافة والترفيه، ومجموعة التبغ، ومجموعة الاتصالات دون أي تغيير.وعلى صعيد مجموعة المواد الغذائية والمشروبات غير الكحولية لشهر يناير 2026م مقارنةً بالشهر المماثل من عام 2025م، ارتفعت أسعار الفواكه بنسبة 5.2 بالمائة، والسكر والمربى والعسل والحلويات بنسبة 3.3 بالمائة، واللحوم بنسبة 2.0 بالمائة، والحليب والجبن والبيض بنسبة 2.0 بالمائة، والمنتجات الغذائية الأخرى بنسبة 1.7 بالمائة، والزيوت والدهون بنسبة 0.7 بالمائة، والمشروبات غير الكحولية بنسبة 0.5 بالمائة، والخبز والحبوب بنسبة 0.4 بالمائة. وفي المقابل انخفضت أسعار الأسماك بنسبة 5.4 بالمائة، والخضروات بنسبة 1.4 بالمائة.وسجّلت محافظة الظاهرة أعلى نسبة ارتفاع في التضخم بنهاية شهر يناير 2026م مقارنةً بالفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، حيث ارتفع المؤشر بنسبة 2.3 بالمائة. كما ارتفع معدل التضخم في محافظة مسقط بنسبة 1.9 بالمائة، وفي محافظة البريمي بنسبة 1.8 بالمائة، وفي محافظة الداخلية بنسبة 1.5 بالمائة، وفي محافظة جنوب الباطنة بنسبة 1.3 بالمائة، كما سجّلت محافظتا جنوب الشرقية ومسندم ارتفاعًا متساويًا بلغ 1.0 بالمائة، وفي محافظتي ظفار وشمال الباطنة سجل التضخم ارتفاعًا بنسبة 0.4 بالمائة. بينما سجّلت محافظتا شمال الشرقية والوسطى أدنى معدل تضخم مشترك عند 0.3 بالمائة.

The General Consumer Price Index (CPI) in the Sultanate of Oman recorded an increase of 1.4 percent in January 2026 compared to the same month in 2025, based on the 2018 base year.Data issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) revealed that the "Miscellaneous Personal Goods and Services" group led the increases with a significant rise of 13.2 percent. This was followed by the "Restaurants and Hotels" group at 5.9 percent, the "Furniture, Household Equipment, and Routine Household Maintenance" group at 2.6 percent, "Education" at 2.2 percent, "Health" at 1.7 percent, and "Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages" at 0.9 percent.Additionally, the "Clothing and Footwear" group saw a slight increase of 0.1 percent, while the "Transport" group recorded a decrease of 0.3 percent.Meanwhile, prices remained stable with no change for the "Housing, Water, Electricity, Gas, and Other Fuels" group, "Recreation and Culture," "Tobacco," and "Telecommunications."Regarding the "Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages" group in January 2026 compared to the corresponding month in 2025, prices for fruits rose by 5.2 percent, followed by sugar, jam, honey, and confectionery at 3.3 percent. Meat as well as milk, cheese, and eggs both increased by 2.0 percent, while other food products rose by 1.7 percent. Oils and fats recorded an increase of 0.7 percent, non-alcoholic beverages rose by 0.5 percent, and bread and cereals increased by 0.4 percent. Conversely, the prices of fish dropped by 5.4 percent and vegetables decreased by 1.4 percent.At the regional level, A’Dhahirah Governorate recorded the highest inflation rate by the end of January 2026 compared to the same period the previous year, with its index rising by 2.3 percent. The inflation rate also increased in Muscat Governorate by 1.9 percent, Al Buraimi by 1.8 percent, A’Dakhiliyah by 1.5 percent, and South Al Batinah by 1.3 percent.South A’Sharqiyah and Musandam governorates recorded an equal increase of 1.0 percent, while Dhofar and North Al Batinah both saw inflation rise by 0.4 percent. North A’Sharqiyah and Al Wusta governorates recorded the lowest joint inflation rate at 0.3 percent.

سجّلت إجمالي القيمة المتداولة للعقار في سلطنة عُمان انخفاضًا طفيفًا بنسبة 0.4 بالمائة بنهاية شهر ديسمبر 2025م، مسجِّلًا ما قيمته 3 مليارات و367 مليونًا و800 ألف ريالٍ عُمانيٍّ، مقارنةً بـ 3 مليارات و379 مليونًا و800 ألف ريالٍ عُمانيٍّ خلال نفس الفترة من 2024م.وأشارت الإحصائيات الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للإحصاء والمعلومات إلى ارتفاع القيمة المتداولة لعقود البيع بنسبة 16 بالمائة حتى نهاية شهر ديسمبر 2025م، لتسجّل مليارًا و270 مليونًا و300 ألف ريالٍ عُمانيٍّ لـ 67 ألفًا و74 عقد بيع، مع انخفاضٍ في عدد العقود بنسبة 1.6 بالمائة، مقارنةً بـ مليار و94 مليونًا و900 ألف ريالٍ عُمانيٍّ لـ 68 ألفًا و136 عقد بيع في الفترة ذاتها من عام 2024م.في المقابل، شهدت القيمة المتداولة لعقود الرهن انخفاضًا بنسبة 8.2 بالمائة، مسجّلةً مليارين و86 مليونًا و800 ألف ريالٍ عُمانيٍّ لـ 22 ألفًا و677 عقدًا، مقارنةً بـ مليارين و271 مليونًا و900 ألف ريالٍ عُمانيٍّ لـ 20 ألفًا و680 عقدًا في الفترة ذاتها من عام 2024م.كما انخفضت القيمة المتداولة لعقود المبادلة بنسبة 18.2 بالمائة لتبلغ 10 ملايين و700 ألف ريالٍ عُمانيٍّ من خلال ألفٍ و216 عقدًا بنهاية شهر ديسمبر 2025م، مقارنةً بـ 13 مليونًا و100 ألف ريالٍ عُمانيٍّ تم تداولها عبر ألفٍ و325 عقدًا خلال الفترة نفسها من عام 2024م.وعلى صعيد الملكيات العقارية، انخفض عدد الملكيات العقارية الصادرة بنسبة طفيفة بلغت 0.1 بالمائة بنهاية شهر ديسمبر 2025م، ليصل إلى 233 ألفًا و172 ملكيةً، مقارنةً بـ 233 ألفًا و345 ملكيةً خلال الفترة المماثلة من عام 2024م. كما انخفض عدد الملكيات الصادرة لأبناء مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية بنسبة 13.5 بالمائة، مسجِّلًا ألفًا و252 ملكيةً مقارنةً بـ ألفٍ و447 ملكيةً بنهاية شهر ديسمبر 2024م.

The total value of real estate transactions in the Sultanate of Oman recorded a slight decrease of 0.4% by the end of December 2025, reaching RO 3,367.8 million compared to RO 3,379.8 million during the same period in 2024.Statistics released by the National Centre for Statistics and Information indicated a rise in the transaction value of sales contracts by 16% at the end of December 2025, reaching RO 1,270.3 million across 67,074 sales contracts, accompanied by a decrease in the number of contracts by 1.6%. This compares to RO 1,094.9 million across 68,136 sales contracts during the corresponding period in 2024.In contrast, the transaction value of mortgage contracts witnessed a decline of 8.2%, recording RO 2,086.8 million across 22,677 contracts, compared to RO 2,271.9 million across 20,680 contracts during the same period in 2024.Furthermore, the transaction value of exchange contracts decreased by 18.2% to reach RO 10,700,000 through 1,216 contracts by the end of December 2025, compared to RO 13,100,000 traded via 1,325 contracts during the same period in 2024.As far as title deeds are concerned, the number of title deeds decreased by a marginal 0.1% at the end of December 2025, reaching 233,172, compared to 233,345 title deeds issued during the comparable period in 2024. The number of title deeds issued to GCC citizens also fell by 13.5%, recording 1,252 compared to 1,447 by the end of December 2024.

أظهرت الإحصاءات الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للإحصاء والمعلومات استمرار النمو في قطاع الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات وخدمات البريد في سلطنة عُمان خلال عام 2024م، بما يعكس التطور المتسارع في البنية الأساسية الرقمية، وتحسن كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة، ودعم مستهدفات التحول الرقمي.وبيّنت البيانات المتعلقة بخدمات الهاتف الثابت أن إجمالي عدد الخطوط بلغ 435.5 ألف خط في عام 2024م، منخفضًا بنسبة 0.7 بالمائة مقارنة بالعام السابق، في حين سجلت اشتراكات الهاتف الثابت المعتمدة على بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP) نموًا بنسبة 7.3 بالمائة. كما بلغت نسبة الأسر التي تمتلك هاتفًا ثابتًا 60 بالمائة في عام 2024م، مقارنة بــ 60.4 بالمائة العام السابق، وسجل متوسط الاستخدام الشهري لكل اشتراك 25 دقيقة مقارنة بـ 28 دقيقة في العام السابق.وفيما يخص خدمات الهاتف المتنقل، فقد ارتفع إجمالي الاشتراكات إلى 6.4 مليون اشتراك في عام 2024م، مسجلًا نموًا بنسبة 0.6 بالمائة مقارنة بالعام السابق، حيث شكّلت الاشتراكات مسبقة الدفع 80.5 بالمائة مقابل 19.5 بالمائة للاشتراكات الآجلة الدفع. كما بلغ متوسط الاستخدام الشهري للهاتف المتنقل 106.5 دقيقة لكل اشتراك.أما خدمات الإنترنت، فقد بلغ عدد الاشتراكات النشطة للإنترنت ذي النطاق العريض المتنقل 5,345,085 اشتراكًا، في حين سجلت الاشتراكات النشطة للإنترنت ذي النطاق العريض الثابت 573,189 اشتراكًا.&nbsp;وبلغت نسبة الأسر التي تمتلك خدمة الإنترنت الثابت إلى 78.9 بالمائة في عام 2024م. كما بلغ متوسط الاستخدام الشهري لكل اشتراك 576 جيجابايت مقارنة بـ 564 جيجابايت في عام 2023م، كما بلغ إجمالي السعة الدولية للإنترنت 3,572,065 ميجابيت بنهاية ديسمبر 2024م، مرتفعًا بنسبة 36.7 بالمائة مقارنة بالعام السابق.وأظهرت نتائج استطلاعات الرأي أن 73 بالمائة من المستفيدين عبّروا عن رضاهم العام عن الخدمات المقدمة من مزودي الخدمة، فيما رأى 66 بالمائة أن جودة الخدمات المقدمة ممتازة بشكل دائم.وفي قطاع البريد، أوضحت الإحصاءات أن إجمالي الحركة البريدية في سلطنة عُمان بلغت 7.4 مليون معاملة في عام 2024م، مسجلًا نموًا بنسبة 7.18 بالمائة مقارنة بعام 2023م. كما بلغ إجمالي بعائث البريد السريع الواردة 3.2 مليون بعيثة خلال عام 2024م، في حين سجل إجمالي بعائث البريد السريع الصادرة 437 ألف بعيثة.وبيّنت البيانات أن حركة البريد السريع المحلي استحوذت على النصيب الأكبر، حيث بلغت 3,485,629 بعيثة، مقابل 3,362,110 بعيثة واردة دوليًا، و437,866 بعيثة صادرة دوليًا. كما سجلت حركة الطرود البريدية التقليدية محليًا 42,211 طردًا، إلى جانب 13,348 طردًا واردًا دوليًا، و4,780 طرداً صادرة دوليًا.وعلى صعيد حركة الرسائل البريدية التقليدية، بلغ عدد الرسائل المحلية 28,476 رسالة، مقابل 35,142 رسالة واردة دوليًا، و6,601 رسالة صادرة دوليًا خلال عام 2024م.وأشارت الإحصاءات إلى أن المملكة العربية السعودية تصدرت قائمة الدول المستقبِلة للصادرات البريدية من سلطنة عُمان، تلتها دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ثم دولة قطر. وفي المقابل، جاءت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في مقدمة الدول المصدّرة للواردات البريدية إلى سلطنة عُمان، تلتها جمهورية الصين الشعبية ثم الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.يمكنكم تصفح “إصدار إحصاءات الاتصالات 2025 – بيانات 2024م" عبر تحميل الإصدار في المكتبة الالكترونية بموقع المركز <a href="https://www.ncsi.gov.om/ar" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.ncsi.gov.om</a>

Statistics issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) indicate continued growth in the telecommunications, information technology, and postal services sector in the Sultanate of Oman during 2024, reflecting the rapid development of digital infrastructure, improved efficiency of services provided, and support for national digital transformation objectives.Data relating to fixed-line telephone services showed that the total number of lines reached 435.5 thousand lines in 2024, decreasing by 0.7% compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, fixed-line subscriptions based on Internet Protocol (IP) recorded growth of 7.3%. The proportion of households with a fixed telephone reached 60% in 2024, compared to 60.4% in the previous year. The average monthly usage per subscription stood at 25 minutes, compared to 28 minutes in the previous year.With regard to mobile telephone services, total subscriptions increased to 6.4 million subscriptions in 2024, recording growth of 0.6% compared to the previous year. Prepaid subscriptions accounted for 80.5%, while postpaid subscriptions represented 19.5%. The average monthly mobile usage reached 106.5 minutes per subscription.As for Internet services, the number of active mobile broadband Internet subscriptions reached 5,345,085 subscriptions, while active fixed broadband Internet subscriptions reached 573,189 subscriptions. The proportion of households with fixed Internet service reached 78.9% in 2024. The average monthly usage per subscription amounted to 576 GB, compared to 564 GB in 2023. Total international Internet capacity reached 3,572,065 Mbps by the end of December 2024, increasing by 36.7% compared to the previous year.Survey results showed that 73% of beneficiaries expressed overall satisfaction with the services provided by service providers, while 66% considered the quality of services to be consistently excellent.In the postal sector, statistics showed that total postal traffic in the Sultanate of Oman reached 7.4 million transactions in 2024, recording growth of 7.18% compared to 2023. Total inbound express mail items reached 3.2 million items during 2024, while total outbound express mail items amounted to 437 thousand items.Data also indicated that domestic express mail traffic accounted for the largest share, reaching 3,485,629 items, compared to 3,362,110 items received internationally, and 437,866 items sent internationally. Traditional parcel traffic recorded 42,211 domestic parcels, in addition to 13,348 inbound international parcels, and 4,780 outbound international parcels.In terms of traditional letter mail, the number of domestic letters reached 28,476 letters, compared to 35,142 inbound international letters, and 6,601 outbound international letters during 2024.Statistics further indicated that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia topped the list of countries receiving postal exports from the Sultanate of Oman, followed by the United Arab Emirates, then the State of Qatar.
